Growth99 and More Booked Consults both work with aesthetic practices, and that's most of what they share.

Growth99 sells software and marketing together: your CRM, texting, review requests, forms and AI front desk live in its application, and its team builds your website and runs SEO and ads.

More Booked Consults sells no software at all.

It's one person working inside the site, ad account and Google Business Profile you already own, on three things: conversion, local SEO and Meta ads.

So the real question isn't which is better, it's whether your gap is missing tools or traffic that doesn't book.

More Booked Consults homepage
morebookedconsults.com, September 2026

More Booked Consults was founded in 2026 by Gabe Meierotto, Director of CRO at LaserAway from 2018 to 2023, and works only with aesthetic practices.

  • Conversion rate optimization: one controlled test a month on the page or form that loses the most booked consults.
  • Local SEO: treatment and city pages, Google Business Profile work and citations.
  • Managed Meta ads: 8–12 new static image ads a month, landing pages built for them, and one landing-page test a month.
  • First 30 days: a multi-step consult form built and live on your site, and local SEO work started.
  • Not offered: Google Ads, website rebuilds, CRM setup, video ads, per-lead pricing.

Everything in Growth99's software column (CRM, texting, review requests, chatbot, AI front desk) is something More Booked Consults doesn't have.

What do More Booked Consults and Growth99 cost?

More Booked Consults publishes every price on its pricing page.

CRO is $2,500 a month, local SEO is $2,500 a month, and the two together are $5,000 a month.

Managed Meta ads are $3,000 a month plus a one-time $2,500 setup.

You pay the ad spend directly to Meta, with a $3,000 a month minimum, and it's never marked up or charged as a percentage.

That makes the minimum commitment easy to work out: $15,000 for six months of CRO or local SEO, or $11,500 in fees for three months of ads, before ad spend.

Growth99's pricing page lists every plan inclusion in detail, but each plan and paid media tier reads "Pricing available upon request."

So you can't compare the two on price from their websites alone.

Ask Growth99 for the monthly fee, any setup cost, how ad spend is billed and the term, in writing.

The med spa marketing cost guide shows what typical retainers cover.

What contract and cancellation terms does each require?

Both publish their terms, and this is where they differ most.

Growth99: one year, auto-renews

Its terms set a one-year term that renews for another year unless either side gives notice at least 60 days before it ends.

Growth99: leaving early

No downgrades during the initial term, and a mutually agreed early exit makes 80% of the remaining service order fee due.

More Booked Consults: 6 or 3 months

CRO and local SEO each run on a 6-month minimum, and managed Meta ads on a 3-month minimum, then month to month.

More Booked Consults: leaving

After the minimum, email 30 days' notice; there's no cancellation fee, and the final month's work and report are delivered as usual.

Growth99's terms also say cancellation notices must go to its accounting email address, not to individual team members.

Its paid lead generation add-on is the exception to the one-year rule: the terms say it can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

More Booked Consults' minimums are still commitments, so don't sign either one planning to leave in month two.

Who owns your accounts, pages and data?

With More Booked Consults, the practice owns its accounts from the first day, as the fact sheet spells out.

The Meta ad account, pixel and audiences sit in your own Business Manager, and the website, domain, Google Business Profile and analytics stay in your name.

Landing pages, ads, test results and reports built during the engagement are yours to keep when it ends.

There's also no software to migrate off, because More Booked Consults doesn't have any.

Growth99's terms say it keeps ownership of its software tools, templates and reusable code, and that front-facing website deliverables named in your service order transfer to you once paid in full.

The landing pages in its plans are described as pre-designed templates inside the Growth99 application.

Its terms say it's your responsibility to download your content before termination, and that it keeps patient health information for at least 60 days afterwards.

We couldn't find a statement in Growth99's published terms on who holds the ad accounts, so ask before you sign.

Does either one sign a BAA?

Growth99 publishes a full Business Associate Agreement, and its service terms reference it.

More Booked Consults doesn't publish a BAA, so if you need one, ask before sharing any patient data.

That's a real point in Growth99's favor, and it follows from the model: a CRM and texting tool holds patient records, and a consultancy working on pages and ads mostly doesn't.

A BAA covers how a vendor handles patient data, not whether your tracking pixels send health data to ad platforms.

Read HIPAA and website tracking before anyone installs tracking on your site.

What results does each publish?

Growth99 publishes client success stories; the one below is self-reported and we haven't audited it.

  • Growth99: GFace MD in Wellesley, Massachusetts, a client since 2021, reached #1 organic rankings for its core services.

More Booked Consults has no published client case studies yet, because it was founded in 2026.

What it publishes is its founder's record.

As LaserAway's in-house Director of CRO from 2018 to 2023, Gabe Meierotto ran a testing program that took sitewide conversion from 3% to 11% across 2,600+ tested variations (documented in Intellimize's published case study; see results).

Those are his results in a former in-house role, not client results of More Booked Consults.

Neither company's past numbers predict yours, and More Booked Consults doesn't promise or guarantee results.

Should you pick More Booked Consults or Growth99?

Pick Growth99 if:

  • You need a CRM, email and SMS automation, review requests or an AI front desk, and want them in one login.
  • You need a new website, Google Ads or social media graphics, none of which More Booked Consults offers.
  • You need a published BAA from your marketing vendor.
  • Your ad budget is under $3,000 a month, the minimum spend for More Booked Consults' managed ads; Growth99's entry tier manages up to $1,500 a month.
  • You want a team, an account manager and published client stories, not a one-person company founded in 2026.

Pick More Booked Consults if:

  • You already have a CRM and booking software you like, and don't want to move your front office into a new platform.
  • Your gap is conversion, map-pack visibility or Meta ads, not missing tools.
  • You want to see the price and the terms before any sales call.
  • You'd rather commit to 6 or 3 months, then month to month, than to a one-year term that renews.
  • You want the person you talk to and the person doing the work to be the same person.

Some practices could reasonably use both, since Growth99's software and More Booked Consults' three services barely overlap.

  • What is the total monthly fee, setup fee and ad-spend arrangement, in writing?
  • What is the minimum term, renewal rule, notice period and early-exit cost?
  • Are the ad accounts, domain and Google Business Profile in my name today?
  • Which website, landing pages and automations do I keep if I leave?
  • Can I export my contacts and lead history, and in what format?
  • Will you sign a BAA before touching patient data, and how does your tracking avoid sending it to ad platforms?
  • Who exactly does the work on my account, and how do I reach them?

Ask both companies every question on that list, including us.

If you're weighing more than these two, the Growth99 alternatives comparison covers five options.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between More Booked Consults and Growth99?

Growth99 is a marketing platform for aesthetic and elective wellness practices: its own CRM, email and SMS automation, review generator, forms, chatbot and Gia AI front desk, with done-for-you websites, SEO and Google and Meta ads on top. More Booked Consults is a one-person consultancy for aesthetic practices that does three things: conversion rate optimization, local SEO and managed Meta ads. It has no software of its own and works inside the practice's existing site, ad account and Google Business Profile.

Is More Booked Consults better than Growth99?

Neither is better for every practice; they solve different problems. Growth99 is the better fit if you need a CRM, texting, review requests, a new website or Google Ads, because More Booked Consults offers none of those. More Booked Consults is the better fit if you already have those tools and your gap is a site that doesn't turn visitors into booked consults, weak map-pack visibility, or Meta ads that need landing pages built and tested.

Which costs less, More Booked Consults or Growth99?

Only one of them can be answered from its website. More Booked Consults publishes its prices: $2,500 a month for CRO, $2,500 a month for local SEO, $5,000 a month for both, and $3,000 a month plus a one-time $2,500 setup for managed Meta ads, with ad spend paid directly to Meta. As of October 2026, every Growth99 plan and paid media tier reads "Pricing available upon request," so you need a written quote to compare.

What contract does each one require?

Growth99's published terms set a one-year term that renews automatically for another year unless either side gives notice at least 60 days before the term ends, and a mutually agreed early exit makes 80% of the remaining service order fee due. More Booked Consults runs CRO and local SEO on a 6-month minimum and managed Meta ads on a 3-month minimum; after the minimum, every service is month to month, cancelled by email with 30 days' notice and no cancellation fee.

Who owns the website, ad account and data with each company?

With More Booked Consults, the practice owns its Meta ad account, pixel and audiences, website, domain, Google Business Profile and analytics, and keeps the landing pages, ads, test results and reports when the engagement ends. Growth99's terms say front-facing website deliverables named in your service order transfer to you once paid in full, while Growth99 keeps its software tools, templates and reusable code, and that it's your responsibility to download your content before termination.

Does More Booked Consults or Growth99 sign a BAA?

Growth99 publishes a full Business Associate Agreement on its website, and its service terms reference it. More Booked Consults doesn't publish a BAA; practices that need one should ask before sharing any patient data.

Does More Booked Consults have client case studies like Growth99?

No. More Booked Consults was founded in 2026 and has no published client case studies yet. The results it cites belong to its founder, Gabe Meierotto, from his former in-house role as Director of CRO at LaserAway (2018 to 2023), where sitewide conversion went from 3% to 11%. Growth99 publishes client success stories on its site, such as GFace MD in Wellesley, Massachusetts (self-reported).
