More Booked Consults and Influx Marketing both work with med spas and plastic surgery practices, and both do SEO and Meta ads.

They are built for different problems.

Influx Marketing builds the whole presence: the brand, a custom website, original photo and video, and the marketing channels around them.

More Booked Consults does not build websites at all; it works on the site and traffic you already have, so more visitors book a consult.

That difference in scope drives the rest: team size, what's published, and what you'd be paying for.

Influx Marketing lists offices in Pasadena, Salt Lake City and Tampa, and serves med spas, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry and cash-pay healthcare practices.

  • Website design and development: its web design page says strategy, UX design, content, media, development, technical SEO and project management all stay in-house.

  • Everything around it: SEO, content strategy and copywriting, social media management, email marketing, and analytics with a real-time dashboard and lead tracking.

More Booked Consults homepage
morebookedconsults.com, September 2026

More Booked Consults is a one-person consultancy that works only with aesthetic practices: med spas, plastic surgeons, injectors, laser clinics and cosmetic dermatology.

It's run by Gabe Meierotto, former Director of CRO at LaserAway (2018–2023), who does the work himself.

  • Conversion rate optimization: one controlled test a month on the page or form that loses the most booked consults.
  • Local SEO: treatment and city pages, Google Business Profile work and citations.
  • Managed Meta ads: 8–12 new static image ads a month, landing pages built for them, and one landing-page test a month.
  • Not offered: Google Ads, website rebuilds, CRM setup or video ads.

Those three services are the whole list, so social media management, email marketing and photo or video production come from Influx Marketing, not from More Booked Consults.

What do More Booked Consults and Influx Marketing cost?

Only one of the two publishes a price.

ServiceMore Booked ConsultsInflux Marketing
CRO$2,500 a monthNot offered as a named service
Local SEO$2,500 a monthNot published
CRO + local SEO$5,000 a monthNot published
Meta ads management$3,000 a month, plus $2,500 one-time setupNot published
Website design, photo and videoNot offeredNot published

With More Booked Consults' managed Meta ads, you pay your ad spend directly to Meta, with a $3,000 a month minimum.

The spend is never marked up, and the fee is never a percentage of it.

As of October 2026, we found no prices, retainers, management fees or minimum ad spend on Influx Marketing's home, med spa, web design or advertising pages.

Its pages direct you to contact the team for a quote.

A retainer that includes a custom site and original photo and video covers far more than a conversion or SEO retainer, so compare scope before you compare price.

Ask Influx Marketing for the monthly fee, any design or production fees, and how ad spend is paid, in writing.

Our own numbers are on the pricing page.

What contract and cancellation terms does each one have?

More Booked Consults publishes its terms, and Influx Marketing's aren't on its website.

More Booked Consults: minimum term

6 months for CRO and for local SEO, 3 months for managed Meta ads, then month to month.

More Booked Consults: cancelling

Email 30 days' notice after the minimum term; there's no cancellation fee, and the final month's work and report are still delivered.

Influx Marketing: minimum term

Not published as of October 2026; we found no term length on its site or in its sitemap.

Influx Marketing: cancelling

Not published; ask for the notice period, renewal rule and any early-exit cost in writing before you sign.

A 6-month minimum is a real commitment, so weigh it the same way you'd weigh any term Influx Marketing quotes you.

Who owns your website, ad accounts and data?

Both companies publish ownership language, and both put the core assets with the practice.

Influx Marketing's web design page says the practice owns the domain, brand assets, custom content, commissioned photography, design files, client data and project-specific code, as defined in the agreement.

It adds that third-party tools and web platforms keep their own license terms, and that Influx Marketing documents those terms and provides the access the client needs.

Its advertising page doesn't say who owns the Google and Meta ad accounts, so ask.

With More Booked Consults, the Meta ad account, pixel and audiences sit in the practice's own Business Manager, and More Booked Consults works inside it as a partner.

The website, domain, Google Business Profile and analytics stay in the practice's name.

Landing pages, ads, test results and reports built during the engagement are the practice's to keep when it ends.

Neither company publishes a Business Associate Agreement: we found no HIPAA or BAA statement on Influx Marketing's site, and More Booked Consults doesn't publish one either.

A BAA also doesn't settle whether tracking pixels send patient data to ad platforms, so read HIPAA and website tracking before either company installs tracking.

What results does each one publish?

This is the clearest gap between the two, and it favors Influx Marketing.

  • Influx Marketing: a portfolio of client work across plastic surgery, med spa and dental practices, plus client testimonials.
  • Influx Marketing's client averages (self-reported): a 3X increase in website speed, 500+ more keyword rankings, 200% more organic website traffic and a 250% increase in new patient leads.
  • More Booked Consults: no published client case studies yet, because it was founded in 2026.

We haven't audited Influx Marketing's numbers, and its portfolio page shows client work without per-client figures.

What More Booked Consults can point to is Gabe Meierotto's own record as LaserAway's in-house Director of CRO from 2018 to 2023.

His testing program there took sitewide conversion from 3% to 11% across 2,600+ tested variations, documented in Intellimize's published case study and sourced on the results page.

Those are his results in a former in-house role, not client results of More Booked Consults.

More Booked Consults doesn't promise or guarantee results.

Should you pick Influx Marketing or More Booked Consults?

Pick Influx Marketing if:

  • You need a new website or a rebrand, which More Booked Consults doesn't do.
  • You want original photography and video produced for your practice.
  • You want Google search ads, social media management or email marketing handled alongside SEO and Meta ads.
  • You want a full team with a client portfolio and testimonials you can check, not a company founded in 2026.
  • You're fine getting pricing and contract terms on a call.

Pick More Booked Consults if:

  • Your site already looks good and gets traffic, but not enough of it books.
  • You want to rank in Google's map pack for your treatments.
  • You want Meta ads sent to landing pages built and tested for them.
  • You want prices, minimum terms and cancellation rules published before you talk to anyone.
  • You'd rather work directly with one senior person than with an account team.

Some practices need both jobs in order: a new site first, then conversion work once it has traffic.

If you're weighing more than these two, the Influx Marketing alternatives comparison covers five agencies.

What should you ask either company before you sign?

Get these answered in writing, whichever one you pick.

  • What is the total monthly fee, any setup, design or production fee, and how is ad spend paid?
  • What is the minimum term, the renewal rule, the notice period and the cost of ending early?
  • Are the ad accounts, domain, website and Google Business Profile in my name today?
  • What do I keep if I leave: pages, photography, ad creative, reports, and on what platform?
  • Will you sign a BAA before touching patient data, and how does your tracking avoid sending it to ad platforms?
  • Who will actually do the work on my account, and how often will I hear from them?
  • Will the monthly report show booked consults by channel, not just traffic and clicks?

More Booked Consults' answers to most of these are on the fact sheet.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between More Booked Consults and Influx Marketing?

Influx Marketing is a design-led, full-service agency for cash-pay aesthetic and healthcare practices: custom website design and development, photo and video production, SEO, Google and Facebook and Instagram ads, social media, email and copywriting, from offices in Pasadena, Salt Lake City and Tampa. More Booked Consults is a one-person consultancy that does three things only for aesthetic practices: conversion rate optimization, local SEO and managed Meta ads. Influx Marketing builds the brand and the site; More Booked Consults works on getting more of an existing site's visitors to book.

Is More Booked Consults or Influx Marketing cheaper?

Only one of them publishes prices, so a direct comparison isn't possible from the two websites. More Booked Consults publishes flat rates: $2,500 a month for CRO, $2,500 a month for local SEO, $5,000 a month for both, and $3,000 a month plus a one-time $2,500 setup for managed Meta ads, with ad spend paid directly to Meta. As of October 2026, Influx Marketing publishes no prices, retainers or minimum ad spend on its website; quotes come after you contact it. The scopes also differ, so compare what each quote covers before comparing the number.

Does Influx Marketing or More Booked Consults require a contract?

More Booked Consults publishes its terms: a 6-month minimum on CRO and on local SEO, a 3-month minimum on managed Meta ads, then month to month with 30 days' notice by email and no cancellation fee. As of October 2026, Influx Marketing doesn't publish a minimum term, notice period or early-exit cost on its website. That means we couldn't find them, not that they don't exist; ask Influx Marketing for them in writing before you sign.

Who owns the website and ad accounts with Influx Marketing and More Booked Consults?

Influx Marketing's web design page says the practice owns the domain, brand assets, custom content, commissioned photography, design files, client data and project-specific code as defined in the agreement, while third-party tools and web platforms keep their own license terms. Its site doesn't say who owns the ad accounts. More Booked Consults says the Meta ad account, pixel and audiences stay in the practice's own Business Manager, the website, domain, Google Business Profile and analytics stay in the practice's name, and landing pages, ads, test results and reports are the practice's to keep.

Do Influx Marketing and More Booked Consults sign a BAA?

Neither publishes a Business Associate Agreement. As of October 2026 we found no HIPAA or BAA statement on Influx Marketing's website, including its privacy policy, which doesn't mean it won't sign one. More Booked Consults doesn't publish a BAA either. If your practice needs one, ask either company before sharing any patient data or letting it install tracking.

Does More Booked Consults have client case studies like Influx Marketing?

No. More Booked Consults was founded in 2026 and has no published client case studies yet. The results it cites belong to its founder, Gabe Meierotto, personally: as LaserAway's in-house Director of CRO from 2018 to 2023, his testing program took sitewide conversion from 3% to 11% across 2,600+ tested variations. Influx Marketing publishes a portfolio of client work, client testimonials and self-reported client averages, including 200% more organic website traffic and a 250% increase in new patient leads.

When is Influx Marketing the better choice over More Booked Consults?

Influx Marketing is the better choice when you need a new website or brand, original photography and video, Google search ads, social media management or email marketing, or when you want a full team covering every channel. More Booked Consults doesn't run Google Ads, rebuild websites, set up CRMs or produce video ads, and it is one person.
